What are the living protaganists roles in all this? Are they playable, are they major NPCs (Setzer would make a great Cid replacement) How will the new characters react to the old ones? Would Sabin really let something as trivial as the end of the world do him in? The characters are hardcore though. I look forward to this.

I don't think Sabin would die. He would just live in a hut and teach people how to Bum Rush.
