Hey all, have been editing an ffvi rom the past few days, and this error started coming up today. Has anyone seen this error before? I didn't do anything to adventurous to break to the rom. Is there a way to reverse this? This error has come up across different roms the more I edit form packs, items, etc.

It seems the internal header is shifted. It's at $C0FFC0-$C0FFFF but there's probably more shifted. I would create an IPS patch with your ROM, check the IPS report which will give you which offsets are modified. This could give you an idea of what needs to be reverted by copying the original code to your modified ROM with an hex editor.

This is incredibly helpful. I already found 4 strings that got moved. How do I create an IPS patch?

There's always the old DOS-only SNESTool for that but Lunar IPS offer the feature to create IPS patches.
