Yeah it won't effect your current game, when the Golbez & Shadow magic update happens, since they were already recruited and recorded in the RAM data.

Also in other news, thanks to Tsushiy (Japanese music hacker on this site) I am able now to put in even more songs (up to 237!!). I was limited to 128 which is the normal max the game allows, even after hacking it. (original normal was 55), but he managed to figure out a nice loophole hack which allows for almost double the norm. Needles to say, I have a bunch of more songs ready that will be finding a home in the hack. =)

Had to gut a lot out of the original song and loop it earlier to comply with the limitations, but I think it came out pretty good! Honestly I never wanted to attempt this song it was just too much - but I proved myself wrong. Neclord's battle theme is pretty much impossible though. I really love the song too it's a shame. I'll probably take another stab at it but the outlook is not good. It's like trying to fit One Winged Angel into 8 tracks.

That's a shame about Neclord, but this is awesome! Do you think you will use this at the Magitek escape or do you have other plans for it?

Sorry, I don't know exactly how hard some of these songs would be to create, not trying to sound demanding, it is just awesome hearing these with the FF6 instrumentation

I think I just might, it seems like it could fit nicely there. I can never fully decide until I hear it in-game for the event or w/e.

As for creating songs, it's all about finding a good midi to work with.
I see Zed's Theme from WA I can manage, found a good midi for it. It's a real cool song, not sure if I'd use it for Ultros Battle music though, but I'll probably do it anyway and then decide. Might work though, it's growing on me already. It reminds me of Mother (GBA) and like an epic western tune with a kind of surfer vibe/bass beat mixed in lol. Kinda Kill Bill-ish. I love describing songs XD From what I remember, Zed was a sort of comic relief like Ultros, so I see where you are going.

The other 2 I can't seem to find any midis of. But yeah, Wild Arms is a kick ass game. Never got around to 2nd Ignition though.

And no prob about the requests, I enjoy trying new songs that I haven't done already, and as you say hear them in FF6. It's just too bad that I can't do any and every song due to some major limitations.
