Description:
This patch replaces The Phantom Forest Theme by the Cave theme in Final Fantasy IV. Credit goes to MetroidQuest as the original author. I only provide a stand alone patch for others to use.

I can't tell. The only way to know is to try both possibility. Also, if you check the IPS log after applying the patch and you see changes all over the ROM, it mean you gotta try the other possibility instead because everything is off by 200 bytes.
