error message when trying to run FF3usME

I want to get into hacking classic video games and have an idea of a hack for ffiii to start with, but I am completely inexperienced. I am trying to run FF3usME but it gives me an error message saying 'mfc100u.dll is missing from your computer.' Anyone know how to correct this? I am running Windows 7. Thanks!
