Is this patch works FF3/6 1.0 Unheadered rom or FF3/6 1.0 Headered rom?

I can't tell. The only way to know is to try both possibility. Also, if you check the IPS log after applying the patch and you see changes all over the ROM, it mean you gotta try the other possibility instead because everything is off by 200 bytes.
