FF6LE or Final Fantasy 3 Map Editor

Sorry if this thread is not following the rules or this is not the good place to post this but I'm very new and I don't know much about this forum.
My question is: What editor should I use for map editing. I have two map editors downloaded (FF6LE and FF3 Map Editor) and I don't know what editor to use

LE. There is also a new one that just came out but I think it's still a little buggy called "Zone Doctor," There is a topic in the Personal Projects forum.

Oh thanks! By the way, how do you change the tileset in LE? I got no idea...
