Sprite Request: FF Tactics to FF6

Hello, long time lurker here. I have a request I'm hoping someone can help with. I'm making a lot of changes to FF6 to create a custom game and there are a couple of sprites I was hoping to get made in FF6 format on the new sheet layout (with rider and death) that I can't figure out how to make myself.

I was hoping for Orlandu from FFTactics and Elmdor from FFTactics.

There are some sprites available on spriters resource that show what I am looking for.

I'm a far from any kind of decent spriter, but what I've found helpful when i'm looking for a sprite is to post my attempts and get input from the guys who really know what they're doing. If you have any attempts post them and let people see and give advice. It's a place to start.

I won't actually sprite it (or I may depending on my health and mood) but here is an example of Elmdor (I ought to get rid of one hair color for a red but anywho)

Oddly enough though his sprite doesn't look it, he actually has more than the eleven colors that we can use for spriting but here's something to base off of and to tweak if need be:
