I would personally darken the yellow shade in her hair a little, the first thing I noticed was the hair and how bright it was.
You can get away with another color for the eyes instead of using red. Even if her eyes are red, it's such a minor detail that it wouldn't be noticed that much. Since you are using a burgandy type of red, I'd go with the black outline color. If you do free up this color for the sprite, it leaves you two extra colors.
I've added onto your sprite by changing the eye color to black which freed up an extra slot. I took advantage of the two color slots that were unused and added in a medium color for the blond hair and a light color for the blue coat. Compare and contrast.
