How can i modify the attack 10 hits ?

I want to make it stronger but leave it as 10 hits .

The attack the final "tower boss" right before final Kefka uses when he dies?
If so, that is just the special attack of the monster (monster #349), which is physical, so just raising the monster's battle power would make it stronger. All it is, is a special attack that is called 10 hits, but really it's just 1 hit (the special) followed by 9 regular attacks. Anyways you would use FF3usME. You could make the initial first special hit stronger by increasing the damage multiplier extra effect, but it would just increase the first hit out of 10.

a lv 1 special attack is strong more or less as one normal attack... so what you actually need is just to rise strength, nothing else.
