Zone Doctor+ problem

So I've been tinkering with the map editor, kind of refurbishing the towns, adding a little detail, etc. It's pretty fun and all, but just now I tried to save my edit and got an error: "Could not save all TILE SETS. Stopped saving at TILE SET #74". It's weird because until now it was working just fine. Did I just add too much stuff?
