Description: I finished this about a week ago, but I needed to find the right colors for him eh its w/e since he is generic u can change the colors as u see fit :p
that being said, a lot of the credit goes to Zozma as I edited his Vargas (upon further inspection his Vargas was slightly off in color in a few tiles which I fixed)
