Remove Kefka's Head appears (Goner/Forsaken)

Hello I watch video battle against exdeath defeat then the whole screen shakes (without kefka's head appear) and neo exdeath appear.
my question is how to remove kefka's head appear only screen shakes?

Animation Script $0281 (at D0/02F7) is where the script is for 'Kekfa's disembodied head'.

Long ago I did a hacky way of removing it that I will attach a patch for (apply with no header on your rom) which basically just uses a byte that seemingly did nothing to be used like a NOP and removed what seemed to just be the floaty head part.
