Use Debilitator to make it weak to either the fire or wind element. Failing that, use ForceField.

on your classice version of your mod, the dragons glitch out alot on your non uber version of your mod, or was your classic version of your mod fixed in this final version

Wait, i don't think you know where you fight Czar in classic mode(he's not in Kefka Tower!!), which makes me think you loaded a savestate, right?
Well... don't do it, otherwise his AI will be scrapped and the fight won't make sense anymore.
Uber and Classic mode are NOT compatible

I'd suggest you to fight in Uber mode, both because is more cool and because classic is slightly harder(his minions are always the the last two ones)
if that was a try to find an easier version well... it doesn't exist an easier version.
Still if you wanna fight him in classic mode that bad, then you have to search him in the mountain area behind Zozo, in the room with the big bridge,
besides it's a rare encounter, 1/16 chance to find him(make a savestate before starting the random encounter)

Honestly i don't even know where to start from... there's not enough documentation on GBA version to hack it properly

i am on act 7 now on czardragon challenge and on act 7 all 3 of yorur dragons dissappear from battle

is that spose to happen

what cheat did you discover? you suddenly progressed a lot in the fight

and while they are not there in battle, there monster images appear under my action commands
