Trouble with Cyan swdtech patch

I can create a patch that will convert your ROM to version 1.0; that much is easy. Another solution is to create a patch with all your changes, then apply those to a version 1.0 ROM. I can't guarantee either one will work though, since it really depends on what you've changed.

What is the difference between the 1.0 and 1.1?
is it mainly position in the hex values?

The changes i have done with hex editing is changing who learns what and the battle color palettes.

I don't really know the exact differences between version 1.0 and 1.1. I know some work is done in bank C1 (seen here), but I don't know about anywhere else.

Tried your conversion patch and reloaded the Swdtch speed patch, and it seems to work fine!
