Mod had potential.

Until I reached the first dragon and you basically gave him cheat codes.

Attack? Counter with an ability that kills one party member with over 2,000 life.
Attack? Counter with an ability that does 800-1000 damage to the entire party.
Attack? Counter with an ability that does 1100-1200 damage to the entire party.

I deleted mod and save states at that point. Artificial Flexes and difficulty have no place in my opinion - and not even once. We aren't 10 anymore - find other ways to stroke your ego.

tried it, still same issue.  ill just try a fresh game on a fresh copy, maybe i goofed something up from the get-go, i don't want you on a wild goose chase if it was something i messed up

I'm absolutely loving FFVI Reimagined thus far, having played the original game and it's various incarnations since childhood. I'm about to reach the 3 scenarios and I just wanted to bring up a couple of things that I've noticed. First I de-equipped Mog's Iron Spear and Iron Shield during the protect Terra segment and I want to be absolutely clear in that I believe doing this is absolutely fine (did so since the original game)....it's just that I noticed a second Iron Shield seems to have materialize in the inventory from doing so, in addition to an Iron Claw for Sabin. I've been able to replicate this a couple of times. Secondly I've done some leveling on the Lethe River, the entire party is Level 72. I've had the game crash on me twice (victory music with black screen) and can only theorize as to the reason: perhaps the party has acquired too high a Level? or such a large amount of Gil?.....again just theories. I am running on Snes9x - 64 Ver. 1.53

No, a fresh install probably wouldn't help. Is there a particular series of movements you're doing or anything that causes it to hang, or just normal walking?

I need help please, i am at hall of fire on the dragon den and my party members won't jump on the 3 rocks to get to the fire dragon at all

so what could be wrong then

nothing out of the ordinary.  walking or running, if i take a single step to the right, it freezes.

however, in the hallway shown in this picture, if i take a step down, I can walk/run back and forth with no issues.  its just in the row of tiles above, if I take a step right, it freezes

EDIT: I just applied yesterdays update and now it works fine. not sure what the deal was lol

Weird. FTR I blocked off that lower row of tiles to avoid players skipping the event, go figure XD But glad to hear it's been fixed.

OP updated with a Google Form link, if anyone wants to submit feedback to me.

Overall though, a big thank you to everyone who has played it, I'm happy to see this get such exposure. I apologize for the bugs along the way, and any bugs yet to come, and hope they haven't detracted from the experience too much.

I just ran into a problem with being unable to progress the game when i reached Thamasa in WoB for the first time.  After getting an introduction and being able to rename Strago and Relm I went to the inn and paid the 1 gil to sleep so i can advance to the Burning House event but I am stuck since it does not lead to it after sleeping at the inn.  I believe the problem lies with Shadow not sleeping in the top left bed like he is supposed to and instead it is Locke sleeping in that bed. I think this is what is leading to a stall on the normal progression.

Late, but - sounds like you went to face the Eight Dragons as soon as you got the Falcon, weren't properly prepared, and rage quit. That's not artificial flexes and difficulty, that's you not being ready. And dunno why you think I did this to stroke my ego, personal insults are not necessary. Though for the record - the fight you describe is not part of the mod. There's no member of the Eight Dragons that counters damage with a group attack.
