Glitchy shop sprite (Expanded Palette Patch)

I recently found out about the Expanded Palette Patch and was making a Cloud spritesheet I found work on palette 4. Cloud is working fine in the overworld and in battles but looks weird in shop menus. 
Why is this happening?

In FF3usME, check to see in the 'Gfx' tab (the character sprites) what you have set for the 'Save Screen / Shop Palette Indexes' set to for your Cloud character, it should also be updated to the new palette if need be.
