Edit Umaro attacks

I want to change the base power of umaro attacks, not the vigor or his club, but Body Blow, Throw Ally & Snowstorm.

And just a thought, maybe mess around with default, Rage Ring & Blizzard Orb chance %.

Umaro's Throw code is at $C21692, Storm is at $C2170D and Charge is at $C2167E. Charge and Throw use a formula for attack battle power at $C217C7. Storm is only a spell and the command is Magic so you should be able to modify it in FF3usME. As for how the game determine which attack is used, it is done at $C2163B.
