Moderating and Administrating are a bit different Djinn. 
Installing plugins, editing themes, and making sure the overall health of the site is 100% can be tedious. It sometimes requires editing php files and config files, which isn't necessarily hard, but knowing what to edit can be.
These are the things I want to teach both Poco and Ren before I step down.
