OK 13, I saw this feature used in another forum. I'll give you a scenario on what it's for.

Lets say someone finds information on, say the hex code you're looking for, or a sprite sheet you've been waiting on. Instead of having the topic filled with questions and tons of 'thank you' comments, you can just give the post a thanks.

It's almost like another Reputation Gauge.
