If he were to wear clothing (besides that tux of his) I'd always imagine him to wear something that is similar to Locke except no shirt under the vest and shorts instead of pants with small shoes and wrist bands and then have his pony tail cut off with his green hair.

that what I'm thinking..Also,on a side note he's the mayor of gongaga and don't talk like he used to..(thank sabin for his teachings!) I'm also gonna make IPS (three of them) if you get tired of the default.
