I've successfully implemented a download database which will soon make the old system (forum threads... >_< ...) obsolete.
It can be viewed here:

The same link is on the forums under the "Resources" forum category.
Submissions should follow the same rules and guidelines that I have set, so just keep submitting the same way and I'll start importing the old submissions to the new database.
I'm also working on making the "portal" (Front Page) actually useful. I plan to add a navigation menu (a menu is like "Who's Online, PM's, Forum Statistics, etc") which will show the following:
Forums
Chat Room
Resources
Submit
Game Room
I'd like to add a game room where you can test rom hacks without having to download them. I believe I can accomplish this feet with either a Java SNES emulator, or a Flash based emulator. If all goes well, this should be completed soon.
