Valentine's Day Special: (Hyperdimension) Neptunia Noire Sprites

Happy Valentine's Day!
To celebrate, I have done what is considered a fan favorite of the Neptunia characters: Noire
She shares a similar palette to Uni, which is her sister and a character I have done before, and sorry if it seems too dark because it was the colors she had and her design was a bit complex to fit in a small resolution and FF6 style.
Although, a heads up, this is most likely going to be the last Neptunia character I do.
With that said, enjoy!

Like the other Neptunia portraits, this one was merely downscaled from an image with some minor tweaks.
