Deltarune Chaos King 16-Bit Revamp

The final boss from the first chapter of Deltarune jumps to FFVI with a brand new revamped sprite. The original sprites's 4 colors were upgraded to 16 and it receved some addictional shading. The pose comes from one of his idle battle animation.
