Runic Targets only Enemies

I know everyone here has a lot of work they haven't posted. Has anyone ever coded a check into Runic to see if the person casting the spell is a party member or an enemy?  There's a check for that at the beginning of the Desperation Attack routine, so it seems like it should work for this too.
