I need an explanation about "MP Needed" table

i want ask about edit "MP  Needed" coz they using Special table my qustions here how we 
can add another letters like Lowercase letters "abcd" or tell him using another word like "Power CC"
Is it possible for one to explain to us, thankfully...

You need to expand (and relocate) the $C13FCB table and then modify the $C14A37 text accordingly.
