Sprite sheet dedicated to this FFII villain which for some reasom I'm very fond of. It must be how he tries to fight yet has a pretty underwhelming physique.

Styled after his PSP sprite, not his GBA one. Once again a custom palette is used, but it works for my hack sooooooooo...sorry

I wish I didn't have to double post ;_;

EDIT: Added laughing sprites. Where would you find a Borghen that doesn't laugh? Also, I reskinned his FFII advance battle sprite to somewhat resemble this, in case anyone wants to use it:
