Borghen NPC - Kugawattan - 07-05-2015 Sprite sheet dedicated to this FFII villain which for some reasom I'm very fond of. It must be how he tries to fight yet has a pretty underwhelming physique. Styled after his PSP sprite, not his GBA one. Once again a custom palette is used, but it works for my hack sooooooooo...sorry "Hawr hawr hawr hawr!!"
