More like "finally mastered" than "remastered", but here it is! An entire sprite sheet and portrait of everyone's favorite Puppet.

EDIT: Updated! Fixed some of the shading, gave him a more defined head that stays mostly consistent and also gave him his trademark "happy frown".

From what I have read, and I seriously have just looked this up as i am writing this, is that Dynamite Headdy is from a titular Sega Genesis game. His head can be used as a weapon, which would make him a good candidate for the Throw Command. But nice sprite there, man.
