I've been doing decent, so far, in making my characters and portraits, but I've realized that for some reason Canti, from FLCL, is becoming a real hassle to make :(. I don't understand why, since it is mainly just about 3 shades of red and 3-4 of goldish yellow and black, and a fairly easy shape, but it is becoming suprisingly dificult for me :(.

this is the pic I am basing the portrait off of... This should be the easiest portrait I've ever done, and yet its becoming a real pain :(. If anyone can help please do, and I would be sure to give full credit. This is kind of embarassing asking for help on such a simple design :(. Also I figure it might be implied, but if it's not I would'nt want the reflection of naota in the pic lol.
