What has been changed:
-Adjusted all character stats to 5,000 HP/MP and 250 of each stat physical stat
-Adjusted all characters to be able to move and attack 15 times
-Gave the party 9,999,999 Silver to start the game with


NOTE: This patch will work on the North American version of LUNAR only. It may not work on the Japanese rom file and is untested!

Patching:
-You need a BIN of the North American release (U). The size of the BIN must be: 498,555,792 bytes or 475 megabytes!
-Use the included screenshot of the Properties page from the BIN CD image
-If you decide to rip the disc you can use CDRWIN or ImgBurn to rip the correct size and or format

Does anyone have a disc image of this that can test my IPS patch for consistency? I've already had a report that my patch doesn't work.

So far any ISO or BIN created using CDRWIN or ImgBurn should work with my patch. Otherwise I'm recommending people use emuparadise for the 100% working image.
