Project Forum obtention guidelines

if someone wanna ask for a subforum, but he presents an already finished project...(or at version 1.0 at least) how it works in that case?

If the hack is still developed, sure if the person is willing to add content threads. For a recently finished hack I'd have to see, it would be case by case. The key is having enough content so it worth having the forum; otherwise a thread in the Game Hacks sub-forum can do the job. Finally, an old finished hack like FF6: Cheeseburger will never get a sub-forum.
