Misc updates thread
I added the following utilities to the tool page:
SNEStuff 1.21 (all in one assembler and ROM expander).
BRRTools 3.1.2 (WAV to BRR, BRR to WAV, SPC ripper).
Lunar IPS 1.02 (binary patcher)
ASAR 1.36 (GUI ASM patcher)
Crystatile2 (Hex Editor but a lot more than just this)
YY-CHR C++ build (differs from the .NET build)
Higan 0.97 with source (best emulator)
SNES9x 1.53 with source (good emulator)
OBS 0.657 (recording utility)
All added tools are under a version of the GNU General Public License or a declaration of the author that allows at least the distribution of the utility. Those that are still external links should be hosted here after I clarify up a few things. I'm still pondering the idea of adding DevKitARM or a GCC build as GBA asemblers but I need to check them up a bit.
I'll also add a link to the site of each utility author as well as indentifying which utility can be modified and redistribued (copyleft)
Finally, I'll be updating soon the SNES documentation on the Technical documentation page since I found new doc and tutorials.
