FF3usME670 trouble

I don't know if this forum is the right place to ask this but I can't seem to get FF3usME670 working.
I have downloaded and gained the mfc100u.dll file and put it in C
WINDOWS\system32 and I have got a new error:
"The application or DLL CWINDOWS\system32\mfc100u.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."
Hope you can help.
