Found a pair of bugs related to Shadow if you hire him to go to the southern continent but don't take him along.
1) He remains on the airship after the IMRF, but talking to him hangs the game (not assigned any dialogue?). He can also be selected as a party member. He only leaves after Thamasa sequence.
2) He remains in the pub in Zozo even in WoR.
