That part at least is normal, because of the index of the color of Relm's hair. Setzer's coat has an identical issue but not as noticable where the lining of his coat is green.
As to previous posts - I don't recall moving the items by the staircase, but I didn't remove any, so it may just be in a different spot. As for Gau's Rages, no need, no bosses are available as Rages in this mod.
