The watery caves have a blue color scheme and water in them, so you'll definitely know when you've found them. There's two such locations in the WoR. They're not new locations, just vanilla ones that were edited for aesthetics.
Well I could say that you could code it to save your game or immediately start over with a certain save state like someone did in the T-Edition where its sort of like Crono Trigger where you get to start over with everything you had but meet newer challenges of the game itself. I bet it was still pretty difficult for Tomato to do this for that particular hack. I really like the new dialog and situational scenes and it felt right to have a new boss in Narshe during the WoB. I also really like the new final weapons for each character instead of the game giving you certain final weapons for select characters while giving a more broad range of weapons for everyone else. The air anchor was a pointless weapon and it was great to see it replaced with the Bazooka. If you wanted to be ambitious and try to outdo other people you or someone could make the Zombie status controllable with a Relic now that would be interesting although you would still have three characters in play as if only one had the relic so if they get wounded you still lose the game (I don't think anyone has ever done this its just a thought I had which what has always made this game interesting is you can create a super Imp with a certain weapon and armor). The only dialog scene I didn't like was when you get the airship in the WoR I liked the original take on it. Other than that this game was like playing the Final Fantasy "III" that I should have played when I was younger.
Side note, I forgot to ask: Did you fix the bug with the new mega potions/ethers?
