I don't mind it but there is one thing (more like 2) that will keep me from using this:
1.) It looks too much like Relm. In fact it looks exactly like Relm with her hat off and a slight recoloring to make her wear a green and red shirt with green sleeves. I'm sorry but to my eyes this just looks like Relm playing at being a tomboy. This doesn't scream "original" character to me.
2.) Perhaps if you got rid of the cape and changed a few of the poses to be different from Relm others (assuming I'm not the only one who thinks this way) would not be able to even compare the two characters. they would look completely different.
3.) Try a different color scheme; You can keep the same palette but instead of the exact same color scheme try using the colors of his hair in his outfit as well... In fact I'll take this and rework it to show you what I mean.
