Awesome sprite!
Little details that I think could help:
From the front, it looks like he's wearing a dress when he's standing still. I think if you change the middle two lines of his legs from the light grey to a darker color (I'd say black, but any dark color will probably work) then it will look more like pants than a robe/skirt.
His hair looks a little too much like a blob of grey from the back. Try adding some black lines to shape it a little more.
His kneeling sprite's hair needs to be a little larger. As is, his head looks caved in.
In his two "arms raised" sprites, the back of his head is one-pixel-width too small. Enlarge it all-around and it'll be great.
His casting sprite is awesome-tastic, don't change a thing, I really like it! ^_^
Again, awesome sprite, but I think you could make it even awesomer with a few tweaks.
EDIT: This isn't important, but the artist's name is Amano Yoshitaka. "Amino" just makes me chuckle.
