Pokey Sprite from Earthbound

Here's Pokey from Earthbound. This is the kind of sprite I want to do with him. Any good tips would be appreciated, its my first time doing it and I used a lot of cutting and pasting to do some. The mouth movements are mine. Thanks in advance and let me know what you think.
