Description: yeah well 2 reasons why I did this was cuz 1 the caped Cyan that is out there is messed up (pal wise) and I just wanted 2 make this 1 4 my hack
something u all should know is that pal 4 is slightly tweaked so if u want it with the original pal let me know and I'll get back 2 u
