Description: well this was a spur of the moment thing 4 me, although he was on my list I had no idea when I decided to create him
so for some reason I wanted 2 make a mugshot 4 him (WIP) n so it made me create him lolz :p

Good work, the only thing that looks weird is the kneeling sprite.

It looks good, but maybe it does need 3 pixels where the mask would be on the critical frame.
