Seeing as Bartz is one of my favorite Final Fantasy Characters, I could honestly say this is pretty good! Seems more of the Anamo however.

ok, I am going to be completely honest here...
This mugshot look like Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender...
I think maybe darken the brown, add a tint of red, brighten the skin a little and make his neck-collar more blue Tongue
