I solve the problem about natural magic.
I have not changed the address set spell as learn..
C0/A1AB(address about characters original spell list)
I did'nt know changing natural magic character need editioning 3 sections.
(I knew only 2)
After changed it.. Now I'm done what I want...

But The problem about learing lore remains..
exactly that I want to change a way of learing lore is
Lore learned by espers.. not items
