Description:
This is my newest rom hack. When I was making this, I was aiming for the best possible level for a party at Kefka's tower. I was also was aiming for close to exact accuracy on the spell animation of what Sephiroth casted along with the damage dealt by him.
Super Nova was implemented into this hack as one of Sephys moves but I never gave him a chance to use it.
