Modified Fix Patches

By request, here are all the modified patches in the C. V. Reynolds Bug-Fix Compilation. I THINK this is all of them. Let me know if I missed any. I threw in the Assassin version of Vanish Doom because I don't think it's available elsewhere.

Bye Bye Breath (Leet Sketcher) {modified by C. V. Reynolds for compatibility} (must be applied AFTER The Wild Cat fix)
Gogo and the Cursed Shield (Imzogelmo) {modified by Leet Sketcher to fix bugs}
Grand Stairway (Imzogelmo) {modified by C. V. Reynolds to not edit the script}
Imp Skimp (Leet Sketcher) {modified by SilentEnigma to fix bugs}
Map Mishap (Leet Sketcher) {modified by SilentEnigma to fix bugs}
Phantom Train Chests (darkmage) {modified by Leet Sketcher for compatibility}
Unaffected Rows (Assassin) {modified in 2020 by Assassin to fix bugs}
Vanish Doom New Version + Fenix Undead (Assassin) (no header)

EDIT: Multi-Steal removed. I recommend using Multi-Steal-Fix Simplified Edition (by SilentEnigma) now.

I appreciate for letting me know, however I've been using the ASM file since it was released so it's all good Thanks anyway
