Pretty sure you can figure out how to patch them yourself. Using Lunar IPS is not that hard.

Just make sure your rom is the correct version (usually 1.0, but there may be crazies out there who base their hacks on 1.1). If your rom has a header when it shouldn't, or doesn't when it should, SNESStuff is your friend.

Not even SNESstuff, can't you just remove a header by removing the first 200 bytes using HxD? I recall Madsiur doing it in one tutorial. I might be wrong though.
