How to create a new version of The Soul Shrine

Ok, the next question is... how do you check the background in battle?
PS. i'm not sure to know what do you mean with special formations, since with F2 you can call all the about 500 formations...
Actually you can call even forms beyond #600 Surprised
That calls forms that don't exist in the game... or that the editor is not able to edit.
I don't really know what they are... someone knows an explaination to that???

You'd need to move and expand the formations index to add to them. You'd also likely need to edit new ones by hand.

Checking background would require you to code a new FC command. I don't know the details beyond that without looking all of the relevent information up, as I know very little regarding graphics.

Thanks to help my problem guys......Wow I never thought its so quite complicated I need to expand the formations index and add/move the sprites not only that it also Checking background and new FC and F2 command code.Anyway Is there a way an alternate method to create and complete a new version of The Soul Shrine?

@dn As Tenkarider mentioned he's right I don't need a Jap version of that game.And also Yeah your right in FF6 T-edition is heavily modified and japanese language but still thanks for the suggest about this.

The only other option is to sacrify a piece of the map of cyan... anyway in the LE there's more than one map if recall... they're all the same map, but each room has it's own map with the related door events(only the ones of the room.)

That means that you can warp yourself from the worldmap into one of those maps, choosing as starting place the platform with the same shape of your screenshot, still it must me a map in which you shouldn't be able to access... in that case the doors won't be bounded to an event and so it won't affect the normal game.

Now you should just have to remove doors and place the ghost NPC, give him a custom event and it will be finished Wink

PS. if that platform shape doesn't exist in the snes version, then you'll have to create it manually with the LE.

Update: After I observed, searching thru internet about the Soul Shrine, your help and suggestion finally my new version of The Soul Shrine are finished......But this time its different instead the ghost sprite and monsters in original T.S.S(The Soul Shrine) in FF6 Advance I replace the sprite is KEFKA with flame around him and the teleport:

Its sooooooo freakin hard I sacrifice all the Cyan's Dream maps to make this T.S.S map are create but its really worth.Anyway I hope you like my new version of T.S.S in FF3/6 and thanks everyone to help my problems about this.

Note:This is still not finish yet I gonna create a battle script for KEFKA(actually I call him "God Kefka")in short he's return from the depths of Hell.

@Tenkarider Yup it cost a lot of whole cyan's dream map I try to adjust many many time to fit this T.S.S map but its really no use so I have no choice but erase/remove all cyan's dream map.

@Madsiur but how sir and where that using the unused map?

The unused map are labeled as 'nothing' in FF6LE (not '_____' or 'dummied' thought). You just have to use the same tileset as Cyan's dream and have the same map settings.
