How to Add Sprites and Portraits?

Hiya guys,

I've been searching the forums for a while, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I want to replace Terra's sprites and portrait with those of Debora, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. When I go into the FF3 Sprite Editor and try to replace the sprites, it says Debora's sprite sheet is too big. I got the sprite sheet from the database. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

You're not using the right program to import the spritesheet. FF3se can accept spritesheets of 128x128 and yours is 128x144. These include all the poses and can be imported with FF3usME.

Ah ok, I tried that, but I couldn't seem to find out how to get Debora's pallette in there, since she didn't have a .pal file. I'll keep trying though!

EDIT* Alrightie, I think I figured it out. I was making quite a few stupid mistakes, including using the wrong editor...
