me 2 man, you might consider using some of his smash bros frames as poses 
The only limit is imagination. And 16 colors.. I guess

Not too bad, watch the shading on his head on the side sprite though.

*updated* still tweaking arms a bit for now before I finish up.

right on bro.. Yea I tried to do that head down pk thunder pose but just didn't look right..
I'm actually copying the shading from snes Ness n cutting out pixels here n there to fit in ff6 style.. I'll try n touch up a bit but trying to keep that retro look

Yeah this is an A+ Ness sprite sheet right here, and one of my top favorites of all time. Great work!

Well done. Looks great and I like it. Goes right up there with the FFVI Sprite sheet of Magus from Chrono Trigger as one of the best-looking sprite sheets I have seen.
